Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At Tiago Santa Ritta Jiu-Jitsu, we value commitment and respect for both the instructor’s time and the students' progress. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness for all, please review our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy below.

1. Booking & Payment

  • All sessions must be booked directly via email or phone.
  • Payment details will be provided upon booking.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the session.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a full charge for the session, except in cases of emergencies.
  • If you need to cancel, please notify us via email or phone as soon as possible.

3. Rescheduling Policy

  • Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
  • Rescheduling within less than 24 hours will be treated as a cancellation unless due to an emergency.

4. No-Show Policy

  • If a student does not show up for a scheduled session without prior notice, the session is forfeited with no refund or reschedule option.

5. Late Arrival Policy

  • Sessions start and end at the scheduled time. If a student arrives late, the session will still finish at the original end time out of respect for other bookings.
  • If a student is more than 15 minutes late without notice, the session may be canceled and treated as a no-show.

6. Safety & Conduct Policy

  • Students must follow all safety guidelines and respect training partners and the instructor.
  • Tiago Santa Ritta reserves the right to refuse or discontinue training for anyone who fails to follow safety protocols or behaves inappropriately.
